When PCM charges your account

PCM receives authorization to charge your account prior to shipping your item(s). However, your card will only be charged after your order has shipped. If your order contains multiple items and they ship at different times, you may see multiple charges on your credit card statement.


Daily spending limits for Debit Cards

Most debit and check cards have daily spending limits that may substantially delay the processing of an order - even if there is enough money in an account. When using a debit card, funds are immediately reserved in your bank account at the time you place your order. Please consult your card-issuing bank for information about your daily spending limits if you are having trouble placing your order.


Account verification

To prevent any unnecessary delays processing your order, please ensure that the billing addresses on your order matches the information on your credit card account. If you have recently moved or are unsure whether you receive your credit card statement at your work or home address, please contact your card-issuing bank using the 800 number at the back of your credit card to confirm.


Security codes

The card security code is a unique three or four digit number printed on the front (American Express) or back (Visa/MasterCard/Discover) of your card, in addition to the account number.

Wire Transfer

If you wish to arrange another payment method, such as a wire transfer, please contact your Account Executive at 1-800-700-1000 for assistance. Wire transfers require an additional fee.


Personal and Business Check

To pay for your purchase using a Personal, Business Check, Cashier's Check or Money Order:

  1. Place your order with an Account Executive by phone at 1 -800-700-1000.
  2. Obtain the final dollar total of your order, including tax and any applicable shipping charges from the Account Executive.
  3. Confirm that your cashier's check or money order is for the full amount of the order. It is not possible to combine a cash payment with another form of payment for one order.
  4. Make the cashier's check or money order payable to PCM. and include your order number or a copy of your order.
  5. Mail your payment to:

Tax

Tax Rate

In accordance with state and local law, your PCM order will be taxed using the applicable sales tax or seller's use tax rate for your shipping address. If the tax rate changes before your purchase is shipped, the rate in effect at the time your order ships will apply.

If you believe your purchases are not subject to sales tax, please contact your Account Executive for assistance at 1-800-700-1000 prior to placing an order.

Product Availability


Pricing

Because of the fast-moving nature of the industry, prices and availability are subject to change without notice. PCM is unable to issue price adjustments due to manufacturer price changes after date of original sale. We do our best to provide the most accurate, up-to-date Information, but errors do occur and we reserve the right to make changes without notice. Your PCM Account Executive will inform you when a product is not in stock, and can tell you when we expect the product will be available. Anticipated delivery dates are based upon vendor-supplied information and are subject to change.


Typographic, Photographic, Technical and Pricing Errors

Although we strive to achieve 100% accuracy, occasionally errors and inaccuracies do occur. Should you encounter an error or inaccuracy, please Inform us so It can be corrected. Products and packaging depicted may differ from stock available at the time of shipment. We reserve the right to substitute equivalent items. If an error is made and a product is listed at an erroneous price, PCM may, at its discretion, refuse or cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price. If an order has been confirmed and charged to your credit card at the incorrect price, PCM shall have the right to cancel the order and issue a credit in the amount of the incorrect price.


Product Availability

WE USE HELPFUL SYMBOLS TO PROVIDE YOU WITH GUIDANCE CONCERNING PRODUCT AVAILABILITY. THESE SYMBOLS, HOWEVER, DO NOT REFLECT "REAL TIME" INVENTORY STATUS AND CAN BE SUBJECT TO CHANGE AT ANY TIME. YOU SHOULD CALL US TO CONFIRM INVENTORY STATUS.

Same Day, In Stock Same Day


Applies only to items marked as "Same Day", and which do not require configuration. and which are available for delivery in the contiguous United States. The symbol "Same Day" indicator is not a guarantee that your order will ship the same day you place it. This only indicates that the item in question was located in a warehouse at the time the website was last updated, and that we may be able to ship the product to you today If It Is available pending credit approval and receipt of your order at the warehouse-if all applicable guidelines are met.

Next Day, In Stock Next Day


This symbol indicates that the product was located in a warehouse at the time the website was last updated, and that the warehouse is closed for shipping at this time, and that we may be able to ship the product to you on the next business day. Your order will usually be shipped the next business day if it is available, pending credit approval and receipt of your order at the warehouse-if all applicable guidelines are met.

Volume Pricing Agreements

Volume Pricing Agreements reward our business customers with outstanding competitive pricing for large orders. Based on your purchasing volumes, a customized pricing structure can be developed for each product category. This pricing structure is then entered into PCM's proprietary Product Information Management System (IMS). With IMS, our Account Executives have instant access to your volume pricing, which helps them more efficiently serve your needs.

With your own pcm.com Business Direct Site, a secured Web site customized exclusively to the needs of your business, you can also have instant real-time access to your PCM volume prices for all the products we offer.
