Lexmark offers one of 3 options below. Each option offers you different coverage levels that let you make the best decision for your home or office printing:
Advanced Exchange (US) Warranty
LexExpress support provides telephone technical assistance for any printer Challenges you may encounter. If your issue cannot be resolved over the phone by the Lexmark Technical Support Center, you will receive a replacement printer, usually by the next business day. Lexmark will also provide you with the materials needed to ship the defective printer back to them directly.
Exchange: Lexmark's overnight-exchange service. Exchange extended warranties can be purchased during the term of the product warranty with one, two or three year extensions -- for up to four years of coverage from date of product purchase. Following the extended warranty period, coverage may be purchased for one year at a time as long as the product is supported by Lexmark. Extended warranties must be purchased before the previous warranty expires. If a lapse in warranty coverage occurs, there will be a prorated reinstatement charge.
OnSite Repair Warranty
LexOnsite repair offers telephone technical support assistance through our Lexmark Technical Support Center. And if your issue cannot be resolved over the phone, you benefit from a qualified Lexmark service technician to service your printer onsite in as little as four hours.
OnSite Repair: Lexmark's next-day, on-site repair service. OnSite Repair extended warranties can be purchased during the term of the product warranty with one, two or three year extensions -- for up to four years of coverage from date of product purchase. Following the extended warranty period, coverage may be purchased for one year at a time as long as the product is supported by Lexmark. If your original warranty was an Advanced Exchange or Return to Base product, then you will be required to purchase an upgrade to cover your original warranty and any extended warranties purchased. Extended warranties must be purchased before the previous warranty expires. If a lapse in warranty coverage occurs, there will be a prorated reinstatement charge.
OnSite Exchange Warranty
This program provides telephone technical support from the Lexmark Technical Support Center. But if your printer challenges cannot be resolved over the phone, a Lexmark Technical Support representative will dispatch a qualified service technician to arrive next business day onsite to replace, install or deinstall your existing printer.
OnSite Exchange: Lexmark's next-day, on-site exchange service. OnSite Exchange extended warranties can be purchased during the term of the product warranty with one, two or three year extensions -- for up to four years of coverage from date of product purchase. Following the extended warranty period, coverage may be purchased for one year at a time as long as the product is supported by Lexmark.
