The Recruitment & Placement Process

Our process includes technical and functional interviews as well as behavioral testing. PCM Recruiters and Resource Managers collaborate with the client to define a job description for the required resource. Using the job description, we begin our recruiting process to identify and qualify candidates by conducting technical phone interviews, functional testing and record video or live interviews with each candidate.

In addition to a technical and functional interview process, all candidates complete a Predictive Index Assessment. The Predictive Index is a behavior assessment tool which is based on proven methodology of integrating data, technology, knowledge and expertise.
